Aerotek Online Support Representative- REMOTE in St. Louis, Missouri

Description:

Supporting individual consumers who are having issues with their website. This is the Digital Tool Support Team.

This person will be handling calls, emails and chats to assist dealers with password resets, and other basic troubleshooting when it comes to the website.

Auto Response is received when a customer reaches out

Customer Service role for the website - Previous IT experience is not needed and is not even remotely required.

Password resets and entering tickets into Tickets. They will have exposure to IT if they want to pursue a career in IT.

Calls and emails from dealers and internal customers

2-3 reps on the phones, other 2-3 assigned to chat feature. Skype or teams. Navigation questions around the website. Rotate between calls and emails. Take information and follow up via email or phone call. Always follow up from email unless they request phone call.

Seek out work, when things are slow.
