This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week.

This position is in the Department of Cardiology. This position is for the Medical School Campus.
There is an opportunity to join the laboratory of Dr. Stacey Rentschler at Washington University School of Medicine (https://rentschlerlab.wustl.edu). Our lab investigates the transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms regulating programming of electrophysiological phenotypes. We use a wide variety of techniques to study cardiac physiology and regulation of gene expression in murine and human model systems.
Bachelor’s degree plus at least one year of wet lab experience. Candidates with additional education and experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience performing techniques such as RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, histologic sectioning, and/or immunohistochemistry are highly preferred.
- Willingness to handle mice.
- Highly motivated, work well independently, and also enjoy working together on a team.
Base pay commensurate with experience.
