Washington University of St. Louis Research Opportunities - Medical Oncology - 50706 in St. Louis, Missouri
This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week.

This position is in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Medical Oncology. This position is for the Medical School Campus.
There is an opportunity to join ongoing cancer research.
The focus of the lab is: 1) establishment of cancer models. It includes in vitro (organoid) and in vivo (PDX) models; 2) preclinical testing of anti-cancer drugs using organoids and PDXs; 3) comparison of the similarity between patient tumor, organoids, and PDX at genomic and biological levels.
General work of the lab involves the design, performance and interpretation of ongoing PDX and organoids studies, and assistance with management of the mouse colony.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Basic laboratory experience.
- Willingness to perform small animal procedures.
- Background in biology, biochemistry, microbiology or a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Ability to troubleshoot experiments and work independently.
- Excellent record keeping and organizational skills.
Base pay commensurate with experience.
