As the Senior Unified Communications Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and management of Unified Communications Solutions project activities. This includes developing plans and budgets and coordinating multiple vendors. It also includes leading project teams in a matrix organization and vendors to accomplish and report status on project and sustain activities and to ensure results meet negotiated customer expectations and adhere to internal standards and strategies. You will provide expertise in unified communication- Video and Telephony infrastructure.

Provide senior level expertise with existing Voice networks in the current production environment as well as applications such as IVR, call centers, video-conferencing. Oversee the integration of telephony hardware and network services.
Assist where needed to support end user with all Telecom issues/concerns as well as provide escalation point for Customer Care team to ensure expedient issue resolution. Interface with Vendors to support ticket resolution.
Proactively stay current with emerging unified communications technologies, such as Skype for Business Enterprise Voice. Adhere to established voice networking policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate vendors in the delivery of unified communications projects. Lead the effort in designing and implementing cost-effective and efficient voice solutions. Adhere to and embody Project Management best practices for managing timelines, status communications, scope, and budget.
Basic Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
5 or more years of experience with Telecom, Telephony, OR Unified Communications
Working experience in Project Management or Project Coordinating
Working Experience with Call Center OR Contact Center solutions is preferred.
