What You’ll Get to Do:
Overseeing the collection, reporting, and analysis of SLA metrics
Responsible for monthly and ad hoc reporting for Senior Management and the Client
Identifying and coordinating changes and integrating to exceed customer expectations and meet SLA levels
Identifying metrics to be used to measure SLA across IT Service spectrum
Leading the efforts and process to gather and create ITSM Process requirements or process improvements
Leading process benchmarking to ensure fit for purpose and best in class process delivery / execution
Acting as the supportive source of knowledge for SLA
Works with operational and engineering organizations to implement SLA metrics
Supporting analysis of ITSM Process execution, efficiency, effectiveness, and process management activities
Working with process owners to implement and deploy changes
Leading the escalation / communication of risks and issues as appropriate
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
6+ years’ experience of related experience
Project management and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment and display initiative and motivation.
Familiarity with client’s processes and procedures and knowledge of their production systems.
Experience in enterprise application implementations and system integration projects.
Foundation level certification in ITILv3 or bridge course.
Exhibit excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience in technical operations at DOD agencies, particularly NGA and DIA
