Job Description:

The Aeronautical program at Leidos supporting the a government customer in St. Louis Mo has an opening for a web developer.

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain software for a variety of engineering applications. Work with analysts to understand analytic or interface requirements. Develop tools and interfaces. Formulate and analyze software requirements. Apply standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques of technical domain.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or technical discipline and 2-4 years experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks/technologies such as React.js or Ext JS

  • Experience with server side scripting languages such as ColdFusion

  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle

  • Experience with IDEs such as VS Code, Sublime and Atom

  • Experience with source code versioning such as Git

  • Experience with AGILE environments utilizing tools such as JIRA

  • Experience with DevOps frameworks such as Jenkins

  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD Security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

List additional skills and experience that is “nice to have” but not required.

  • JAVA experience is a plus

  • ArcGIS and/or ESRI experience is a plus
