The Boeing Company Technology Release & Product Security Engineer (Associate) in St. Louis, Missouri
Boeing's Sensors & Special Programs (S&SP) team is seeking a motivated individual to perform duties as the International Technical Release and Product Security focal. The Technical Release team is part of the Strike, Surveillance, and Mobility’s Sensors & Special Programs organization, and works with various groups with Boeing and at the Pentagon to interpret release policy and ensure its execution in St. Louis, MO. This position is for 1st shift.
Numerous fighter export campaigns are in various stages of maturity, from contracted and executing to configuration refinement to initial customer inquiry. The successful candidate will support leads who interface directly with offices of US export policy and release authority. He/she will also support leads who interface at the Boeing program level to coordinate product security support and ensure follow-through of technical release directives. Travel to support customer coordination is expected. This position requires extensive collaboration with many customer, Boeing, and supplier groups; therefore, good communication and presentation skills are required.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Technical Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in aircraft avionics systems.
More than 1 years of experience in command of requirements definition, subsystem allocation and integration testing.
Knowledge in the field of cyber security, anti-tamper and/or secure computing.
Demonstrated history of strong performance.
Highly motivated and exhibit strong communication, inter-personal, and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with external customers and subcontractors in an Integrated Product Team environment.
