World Wide Technology Virtual Desktop Administrator in St. Louis, Missouri

Requirements:

  • Associates orbachelor'sdegreepreferably inInformation Systems,Information Technology or ComputerScience.

  • 5-7years of experience in performingdesktop administration.

  • Excellenttroubleshooting and problem-solvingskills

  • Willingness to learn new skills andcutting-edgetechnologieson thefly

  • Strong customer service skills

  • AdvancedOS administrationand configurationskills for Windows, Mac OS

  • Advancedscripting skillsincluding the ability to create new scripts with multiple languages such asPowerShell,Batch,Shell,or Python

  • Proficiency withcommand line interfaces

  • Ability to train others on scripting, OS administration and configurationmanagement
