Woodbridge operates more than 60 facilities across 10 countries—employing over 7,500 teammates and serving more than 600 customers worldwide. The St. Peters, Missouri facility is currently looking for a 1st shift Quality Team Member.

Role Purpose:

To perform all duties, as needed for the Quality Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Load testing as required. (Production coverage, samples, capability studies, gauge R & R’s)

  • Statistical Process Control, Data Entry and analysis.

  • Climate control seating backpressure and air flow testing.

  • Additional physical property testing (Including flammability, dimensional, ball-rebound, ect.)

  • Bin / Dock audits as required.

  • Incoming component checks as needed.

  • Customer liaison / communication / reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Leadership skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to share and transfer knowledge and skills to / with others.

  • Dependable and self-motivated individual with good attendance / disciplinary and safety record who can work effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Detail orientated individual with excellent thinking and trouble-shooting skills; able to make decisions based on information and analysis.

  • Ability to work weekends, alternate shifts and flex hours as required.

  • Some math and computer skills are essential to perform job duties.
