Associate Lead Software Engineer
Cerner's Continuum group is hiring an Associate Lead Software Engineer for our Behavioral Health team. As an Associate Lead Software Engineer, you will write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with technical specifications. Some of your responsibilities include providing direction in architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews to review for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance and creating code specifications at the system level. You will also code for high-risk projects with solution dependencies within and outside current team; leverage deep technical and solution expertise to create clear, well-constructed strategic technical designs of moderate scope; and identify and drive analysis of complex technical issues to reduce technical debt and improve code quality. At least 5 years of software engineering experience

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
