ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1) Maintains machine coolant concentration level at required zones. i2) Performs daily chores as required.i3) Performs other general maintenance tasks as requested.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS i i1) High school diploma or equivalent. i i2) Minimum two (2) years work experience. i i3) Good oral and written communication skills. i i4) Physical ability to move, lift and/or push up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. i i5) Physical ability to walk/stand on concrete for the duration of the work shift, in increments of up to six (6) hours. i i6) Ability to effectively and safely use a wide variety of hand measuring tools, wrenches, files, and various small tools associated with a tool and die shop. i i7) Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills and familiarity with various software programs. i i8) Adequate eyesight with or without corrective lenses (safety glasses are required) to perform required work with necessary attention to detail. i i iNATURE OF POSITION The Utility person works in a manufacturing environment. The position involves frequent lifting, and standing through most of the shift.i Some exposure to cleaning solvent is required.i The Utility person follows work instructions given by their supervisor, lead man, or various other employees assigned to work with. Mechanical ability is essential, as is the ability to work alone as well as with others.i Regular attendance is required.
